In 2009, I embarked on a journey by co-founding a septic company alongside my former partner and husband. In just three years, we achieved remarkable success, scaling the business to a 7-figure enterprise with a dedicated team of 12 employees. However, our accomplishments were abruptly halted when unforeseen challenges emerged.

In 2015, the discovery of infidelity within my marriage brought to light a distressing truth. My husband had been engaging in activities that compromised our business integrity, tarnishing our equipment through title loans to fuel his own vices. The repercussions were profound, leading to the unfortunate collapse of our business.

Amidst the devastation, I found myself grappling with significant debt, the dissolution of my marriage, and the sole responsibility of raising my young children, just 1 and 4 years old at the time. While tears were shed and frustrations vented, yep I cussed a lot! I refused to be defeated. The turmoil only fueled my determination to continue my journey in the industry.

In 2017, I embarked on a fresh start, founding Priority Pumping—a reimagined septic company that was meticulously built on strong foundations. Through prioritizing customer education, we established a business that genuinely empowers our clientele to understand their septic systems.

Within this role, I uphold the wellbeing of my team, fostering a culture of ownership and collective success. My aspiration has always been to establish an enterprise where the strength of the team eclipses the prominence of the owner. Priority Pumping is a testament to this vision, flourishing with consistent year-on-year growth exceeding 100%.

My experiences have extended beyond septic businesses, as I've actively supported the growth of multiple start-ups in the septic and junk removal sectors.  Additionally, I've lent my expertise to diverse industries, including restoration, remodeling, custom construction, garbage & waste disposal, and handyman services, offering marketing and website consultation services. My entrepreneurial journey began with a hair-bow and baby accessory business. Who would have known I'd be here now! evolving into over 15 years of offering .

An essential facet of my passion lies in mentoring the next generation, emphasizing the rewarding possibilities within the service industry. My mission is to guide youth towards recognizing the potential for financial success while serving their communities with integrity and purpose. My daughter Ayzli used to model my hair bows, then moved into the cutest little salesperson ever, and I am now an investor and mentor to her teen beauty brand, Sudzli.
